3 lbs fiber for winter use. However, we can customize to put more fiber for extreme cold weather. The sleeping bag is in the beginning trial step. We want feedback from different people and regions. We are a fiber mill established in northern Virginia. We started from a garage in 2022 and now, we are operating in a commercial warehouse in Manassas, VA.  We possess industrial machines, a sheep wool washing machine, a dehydrator plus powerful fiber cleaner and carding machines. Other than that, we owns Canadian Corespun yarn machine, which makes rug yarn handy. We also purchased American brand Innova Longarm Quilting Machine (M28).

We work with animal fibers, such as alpaca and wool. We also work with natural plant fibers, such as hemp.

Our service and products includes sheep wool / alpaca fiber rovings (batts) .  We also provide service such as, making quilts of all kinds bedding products. We produce pillows, comforters, sleeping bag liners, sleeping bags and more.

Alpaca Fiber: 

  1. A protein fiber, naturally is soft and breathable;
  2. Hypoallergenic, good for person who is allergic to sheep wool;
  3. It is lighter weight and warmer than wool;
  4. It is water resistant and moisture-wicking;
  5. It is stain and odor resistant;
  6. Alpaca fiber has a medullated core, which makes it fully or partially hollow, to deter dust mites;
  7. It is naturally fire retardant and biodegradable.

Sheep Wool:

  1. A protein fiber, is temperature regulated, which feels warmer in cold weather and cooler in hot summer;
  2. It is hygroscopic, which makes it to absorb moisture up to 30% of its weight without feeling damp;
  3. It is odor resistant. Its antimicrobial properties inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria;
  4. it is easy to clean and durable;
  5. It is hypoallergenic and less likely to trigger allergies than synthetic materials;
  6. It is naturally fire resistant and biodegradable.

Hemp:

  1. It is a plant fiber derived from the Cannabis sativa plant;
  2. It is insect repellant. One should not expect mites on protein fibers, such as alpaca or wool when mixed with hemp fiber;
  3. It is also antibacterial;
  4. It is breathable and biodegradable;
  5. It is hypoallergenic;
