Yes, you can. But for fleece like Merino, Corriedale, Rambouillet and Finn, they are so greasy and need special wool detergent such as Unicorn Power Scour and high temperature to wash, it is not suggested to have customers process by themselves.
Alpaca Fiber:

Hemp:

- It is insect repellant. One should not expect mites on protein fibers, such as alpaca or wool when mixed with hemp fiber;
